Refund Policy:
1) The successful buyer’s Earnest Money is non-refundable and will be credited toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the Seller’s formal acceptance.
2) If the successful buyer fails to complete payment within 30 days, all purchase rights will automatically transfer to the next highest qualified buyer.
3) All other buyers who submitted lower offers will receive a full refund of their Earnest Money within 60 days of the final sale closing.
